1. Form a search party with your friends. It always goes faster when you can have multiple people looking for him on different servers
2. Only go to the Dojo Hideout. He will not be anywhere else, so looking somewhere else is pointless.
3. Make sure you’re a ninja! If you’re not a ninja, that means you can’t go visit him!

Once you’ve found the Sensei, click on the box on his player card (the first button), to get his super cool background!

I just met sensei a minute ago on the server Mammoth in the Hideout. He’s giving away an autographed background! Here’s a picture of it:
